Brian Shaffer, a 27-year-old medical student, vanished in the early hours of 1 April 2006 after a night out at the Ugly Tuna Saloona bar in Columbus, Ohio. Surveillance captured him inside, but never leaving. Despite extensive searches and investigations, no trace was found.
Theories range from accidental death to voluntary disappearance. His case remains unsolved.
